Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Stockbridge, GA. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, ensure compliance with company policies, manage employee relations, and develop HR strategies to support organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include onboarding, managing employee records, implementing HR policies, handling employee inquiries, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong expertise in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and compliance standards
• Highly organized with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP)
