Rumble Boxing (Montclair, Short Hills and Livingston) is looking for YOU to join our HYPE CREW. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE OR HYBRID POSITION.Responsibilities:Greet and welcome customers at the front doorCheck clients into class and respond to their inquiriesAssist in planning special events, community-building activities and in-studio challenges/contestsSell merchandise and membershipsConnect and engage with members of the community before and after classesRock and model Rumble retail/gear for social mediaRepresent brand values inside and outside the studiosConduct studio tours while establishing a relationship, targeting individual's needs and wantsParticipate in special events (including, but not limited to: health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community, and hospital events) to promote the clubCreate and manage on-brand, creative content for social media channelsAssumes responsibility for developing selling skillsReport directly to managementRequirements:Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills requiredGoal-oriented with an ability to sell memberships, class packages, and retailPossess an outgoing and friendly personality, while maintaining a professional attitude and approachMust respect all ages, races, genders, religions, and orientationsMust adhere to company policies and proceduresAbility to learn and use the ClubReady software systemAbility to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workdayMust be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and emailMust have proficient computer skillsDaily and/or occasional travel may be requiredMust be able to work at least 15-20 hours per week Flexible schedule required Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to-and-from work Must be willing to submit to background check and drug test * Fluent in Spanish desired *Perks:Complimentary membershipStaff discount on studio retailOpportunities for growth within the studios
