You will pick and assemble orders, maintain product integrity and safety standards, and stack pallets efficiently for outbound transportation. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to food safety protocols, and collaboration across departments to maintain a clean and organized work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately pick and assemble boxes according to purchase ordersMaintain balanced pallet loads and proper stacking for safe transportationEnsure product integrity and temperature control at all timesFollow FIFO (First In, First Out) system for order pickingWrap and secure pallets for safe weight distribution in trucksKeep work areas clean, organized, and optimized for space utilizationRemove packaging and pallets after picking; perform daily cleanupsAssist other departments as neededAlways work with safety in mind and follow company protocolsRequired Skills and AbilitiesPrevious experience in distribution or warehouse operations (food industry preferred)Ability to work independently and efficientlyExperience operating warehouse equipment (electric pallet jack, pallet rider, forklift) is a plusStrong commitment to safety and quality standardsPay Rate: $18.00Physical RequirementsAbility to lift 50–80 lbs regularlyComfortable working in cooler and freezer environments for extended periodsAbility to move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spacesQuick response to sounds and ability to identify potential hazardsWe are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer: Race, Religion, Color, National Origin, Citizenship, Sex, Age, Disability, Ancestry, Veteran Status, Genetic Information.
