COMPENSATION THAT GROWS WITH YOU

Your hourly paycheck is your foundation, not your ceiling. Once you exceed 40 productivity units in a week, you earn $20 for every additional unit. 45 units = regular paycheck + $100 bonus Qualifying preparation and support work can also count toward productivity. You'll also have opportunities to earn team bonuses based on the performance of the practice. New SLPAs entering the profession start at $16/hour with a clear first-year raise path: Start: $16/hour 3 months: $17/hour 6 months: $18/hour 9 months: $19/hour 12 months: $20/hour Guaranteed pay. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or related field Texas SLPA license or eligibility to obtain one Spanish-English bilingual skills strongly preferred Dependable, organized, and eager to learn Enjoys working with children and families Reliable transportation Full-time weekday availability, including afternoons and early evenings
