The Analyst II contributes to operational excellence by improving visibility, consistency, and execution discipline across the portfolio.In this role you will:Portfolio Governance & Intake ManagementSupport intake management activities for new requests, initiatives, and work effortsReview submissions for completeness and documentation qualityMaintain portfolio repositories, intake records, and supporting documentationAssist with governance meetings, agendas, and action item trackingEnsure compliance with established portfolio management processes and standardsPortfolio Planning & PrioritizationSupport portfolio planning and prioritization activitiesGather and organize information used in evaluating work requestsAssist with capacity planning, demand management, and prioritization exercisesMaintain portfolio status information and planning artifactsReporting & Portfolio VisibilityPrepare recurring portfolio reports and dashboardsMaintain portfolio metrics, scorecards, and tracking mechanismsAssist in development of executive-ready presentations and status updatesIdentify discrepancies, gaps, and reporting issuesStakeholder CoordinationCoordinate meetings, communications, and follow-up activitiesPartner with stakeholders to gather updates and maintain portfolio informationTrack action items, risks, issues, and dependenciesSupport collaboration across business and technology teamsContinuous ImprovementSupport efforts to improve portfolio management processes and reportingAssist in documenting standard operating proceduresIdentify opportunities for increased efficiency, automation, and consistencyAbout the organization[PLACEHOLDER]About the company[PlaceHolder]
