Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients, which encompass individuals, families, and groups, in order to develop tailored therapeutic interventions that meet diverse mental health needs.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), in practice to guide clients through personalized service plans aimed at achieving therapeutic goals.

• Maintain effective communication with team members regarding treatment strategies and interdisciplinary care plans, participating in regular documentation meetings and patient rounds.

• Provide case management for assigned clients, facilitating coordination with hospital and community professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Ensure timely and ethical completion of all clinical documentation, adhering to departmental standards and regulatory practices.

Your role as a therapist will involve catering to these unique needs while considering the sensitivities of each individual experience. This includes working with adolescents dealing with anxiety or depression, families seeking guidance, and adults navigating severe mental health disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the state.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A commitment to working between 10 to 40 client sessions weekly to accommodate our diverse client base.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, providing direct therapeutic services.
