Investment Product Specialist, Model Portfolios

We are working with a leading alternatives and wealth management platform that is looking to hire an Investment Product Specialist focused on model portfolios. This person will sit at the intersection of investments, product, and distribution, helping support the growth and adoption of alternatives-focused model portfolios across the wealth management channel. The role is ideal for someone who understands portfolio construction, model portfolios, and how alternatives fit within advisor/client portfolios, but who can also communicate that clearly to advisors, home offices, national accounts, and internal sales teams. Responsibilities Support the development and rollout of model portfolio initiatives Understand and communicate the construction, positioning, and investment rationale behind custom and marketplace model portfolios Partner with sales, marketing, national accounts, and investment teams to drive advisor education and adoption Serve as a key resource for advisor-facing conversations around portfolio construction, implementation, and positioning Help differentiate model portfolio solutions versus competing offerings in the market Use advisor feedback and engagement data to help improve future model launches, messaging, and adoption strategies Support coordinated outreach and education efforts with home office and enterprise wealth partners Ideal Background 6–12 years of experience across financial services, investment product, portfolio management, investment analysis, wealth management, or related roles Experience with model portfolios, portfolio construction, investment solutions, or asset allocation Exposure to alternative investments is strongly preferred Familiarity with advisor platforms, wealth management distribution, or home office / national accounts environments Strong analytical skills and comfort evaluating investment data, performance, market trends, and portfolio positioning Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain investment concepts clearly to both internal stakeholders and clients Ability to work cross-functionally across investment, product, sales, marketing, and distribution teams #J-18808-Ljbffr Knack Group
