Shipping & Receiving CoordinatorThe Shipping & Receiving Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of incoming and outgoing shipments to support production and customer delivery requirements. This role ensures all shipments are accurate, timely, and compliant with company and regulatory standards.In addition, this position supports inventory control, office coordination, and overall operational efficiency. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced, detail oriented environment and enjoys being a key part of daily operations.Key ResponsibilitiesShipping & LogisticsPrepare, package, and ship customer orders in accordance with company and regulatory requirementsCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriersGenerate and maintain shipping documentation including packing lists, labels, and commercial invoicesScan and retain all required packing slip documentationTrack shipments and proactively resolve delays or logistics issuesSupport RMA processing and returns managementInventory ManagementReceive and inspect incoming materials and components for accuracy and qualityPerform inventory transactions in ERP or inventory management systemsMaintain accurate inventory records and support cycle countsOrganize and maintain warehouse and stockroom areasOffice Coordination & SupportManage office supplies, including ordering and maintaining inventory of office and kitchen itemsHandle incoming mail, deliveries, and front office coordinationMaintain a clean, organized office environment including conference rooms and shared spacesQualificationsRequiredHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and manage competing prioritiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to lift up to 50 poundsPreferredPrevious experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or inventory managementExperience working in aerospace or regulated environmentsFamiliarity with ERP or inventory management systems
