Job Description Honey Bee Therapy is seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). As a BCBA, you will oversee a small caseload, allowing you to provide individualized attention and develop meaningful relationships with our clients and their families. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Key Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skill assessments. Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Monitor and evaluate client progress and make data‑driven decisions. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of clinic programs. Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field. Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
