Starting salary - $22.15 to $27.69/hour, actual rate will depend on experience.

We're seeking a motivated and member-focused Outbound Sales Representative to proactively engage current and prospective members, identify financial needs, and connect individuals with solutions that improve their financial well-being. In this role, you'll combine relationship-building, consultative sales, and exceptional member service to deepen member relationships, generate lending opportunities, and support AmeriCU's growth objectives.

What You'll Do

• Member Outreach & Relationship Building
• Proactively contact existing and prospective members through outbound calls, email, and other approved communication channels.
• Follow up on member inquiries, referrals, marketing campaigns, and sales leads.
• Build meaningful relationships by understanding members' financial goals and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Deliver exceptional service that meets or exceeds member expectations during every interaction.
• Sales & Business Development
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships by promoting AmeriCU products and services.
• Review member credit reports to identify refinancing opportunities and potential cost-saving solutions.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to uncover additional lending, deposit, and financial service opportunities.
• Utilize approved sales scripts, templates, and outreach strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
• Contribute to departmental growth through proactive prospecting and relationship management.
• Dealer Relationship Support
• Maintain professional and timely communication with dealer referral applicants and participating dealership partners.
• Support the dealer referral process by serving as a reliable point of contact for inquiries and updates.
• Foster positive relationships that strengthen partnership opportunities and member growth.
• Member Service Excellence
• Establish rapport quickly and maintain a professional, courteous, and positive demeanor.
• Clearly communicate product information, loan options, and service solutions.
• Resolve member questions or concerns efficiently while delivering a high-quality experience.
• Accurately document member interactions and follow-up activities in the credit union's CRM system.
• Compliance & Operational Excellence
• Maintain knowledge of credit union products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, operational controls, and internal policies.
• Protect member information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales, outbound calling, member service, customer service, banking, credit unions, financial services, or call center environments.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence through consultative conversations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and recommend appropriate financial products and services.
• Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining detailed records.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
