Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member Full Time position located in Williamsburg, VA. Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year. Role: The team will welcome customers warmly, manage appointment scheduling, handle incoming inquiries, and support sales opportunities while maintaining customer records. The candidate will also assist the team with administrative tasks and projects. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers' needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
