Cancellation Policy: TERMINATION OF ASSIGNMENT Facility may immediately terminate an Agency Professional's assignment for cause if Facility advises Agency that the Agency Professional is incapable of performing the duties of the position, commits acts of professional negligence, is absent from the position without Facility's permission during scheduled times, is insubordinate, engages in substance abuse, violates Facility's express rules or regulations, or engages in other unprofessional conduct or breach or neglect of duty. Should Facility terminate the contract assignment for any reason outside of cause, including a perm hire or change in census, Facility must give Agency fourteen (14) days written notice of cancellation once an Agency Professional is confirmed. Should Facility be unable to provide such fourteen (14) days cancellation notice, Facility shall pay Agency the guaranteed hours at the all-inclusive billing rate per the confirmation page as a result of such cancellation.
