We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to assist walk-in customers, sell automotive parts and car audio solutions, and support daily front-counter operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with vehicles, technology, and people, while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Recommend automotive parts, car audio, accessories, and upgrade solutions based on customer needs
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
Product Knowledge
- Maintain working knowledge of automotive parts, car audio systems, and accessories
- Stay informed on new products, brands, and industry trends
- Assist customers in selecting compatible parts and systems for their vehicles
Shop & Sales Support
- Prepare estimates and invoices for parts and installations
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate scheduling and product availability
- Maintain organized product displays and showroom areas
- Assist with inventory tracking and restocking as needed
