Job Responsibilities Client Accounting & Bookkeeping Maintain accounting records using QuickBooks Online Record and reconcile bank and credit card transactions Prepare monthly account reconciliations Assist with month‑end and year‑end accounting activities Review financial information for accuracy and completeness Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies Assist with the preparation of financial reports and supporting schedules Client Support Communicate directly with clients to obtain information and resolve accounting questions Assist clients with QuickBooks Online and accounting‑related issues Work closely with our accounting and tax professionals to support client needs Technology We Use QuickBooks Online QuickBooks Desktop Microsoft Excel Microsoft 365 UltraTax CS Practice CS Fixed Assets CS ADP Various client accounting and financial reporting systems Who Thrives Here: This role is ideal for someone who Enjoys taking ownership of their work and working independently Values accuracy, organization, and attention to detail Enjoys building relationships with clients and providing excellent service Is comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines Wants flexibility while being part of a professional team environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly compensation based on experience Approximately 20–30 hours per week to start Flexible scheduling In‑office position with flexibility when needed Opportunity for increased responsibilities and long‑term growth Potential for full‑time employment Minimum Requirements 5+ years of bookkeeping experience Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online Experience reconciling bank and credit card accounts Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage deadlines Preferred Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field Experience working in a CPA firm or public accounting environment Familiarity with sales and payroll tax return filing requirements If you’re looking for an opportunity to take ownership of meaningful accounting work, work closely with clients, and grow professionally in a flexible CPA firm environment, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
