Hiring for an Experienced COMMERCIAL Plumber Employment type : Full Time Russell’s Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, And Electric’s commercial department is growing again! We are looking for the next Commercial HVAC/R service tech to join our ranks. We take pride in providing the best work/life balance and benefits in the industry. Plus, we have light on-call demand and do not service restaurant hot side equipment. Responsibilities: Must be able to work individually while maintaining exceptional customer service Efficient trouble-shooting and problem-solving of all common mechanical systems up to 50 tons Able to follow all Russell’s safety guidelines and customer requirements Perform preventive maintenance on heating and cooling systems Perform related work as assigned Build strong customer relationships and build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs/expectations Maintain understanding of company repair policies and pricing Ability to discuss repair options with clients and present estimates Ability to learn and utilize all company software applications Qualifications: 5+ years' experience Valid Driver's License and clean DMV record Excellent technical and communication skills Friendly, personable, and responsible team player Possess own tools Knowledge of the theory, methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the trade.
