People Analytics Manager
Compass Civics
The People Analytics Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining the data systems, dashboards, surveys, reports, and digital resources that help Compass Civics understand its workforce and make informed organizational decisions. This position combines people-related data analysis with digital systems management to improve visibility into recruitment, staffing, onboarding, engagement, retention, volunteer participation, and other key workforce indicators.
Working with the VP of People Operations and functional leaders, the Manager establishes consistent methods for collecting, organizing, validating, and reporting people-related information across departments and state-based teams. The role develops dashboards and recurring reports that translate raw data into actionable insights, allowing organizational leaders to monitor staffing levels, recruitment progress, onboarding completion, volunteer contributions, and engagement trends.
