As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at an automotive location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon05:30 AM - 02:00 PMThur05:30 AM - 02:00 PMSat05:30 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility interiors, parking areas, access points, loading docks, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns. Monitor access to assigned areas, verify visitor and contractor credentials in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and records. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken. Assist with directing vehicle and pedestrian traffic during shift changes, deliveries, special events, and other high-volume periods in accordance with site procedures. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Loss prevention experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
