Job Responsibilities The Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Arizona is seeking two board-certified/board-eligible anesthesiologists to join our Multi-specialty Division. Candidates are expected to provide adult comprehensive management of anesthesia for a full-spectrum adult tertiary care case mix. This position does not include work in cardiac surgery, liver transplantation, or chronic pain management. The practice is a mix of physician/CRNA care team, physician/resident supervision, and physician independent cases. The department comprises over 50 board-certified anesthesiologists divided into three divisions: Multispecialty, Liver transplant, and Cardiothoracic. Qualifications & Expectations Expertise in a particular clinical discipline, demonstrated history/interest in clinical research and education. Fellowship training is helpful, however not required. Experience in neurosurgical, thoracic, and abdominal transplant anesthesiology is preferred. Interest in pediatric proton beam radiation (volunteer assignment) is encouraged. Background/expertise in digital technology, artificial intelligence, clinical informatics, and innovation is urged. License or Certification Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Arizona. Board-Eligible or Board-Certified (BE/BC) in Anesthesiology. Fellowship training is encouraged. #J-18808-Ljbffr
