Cirrus Asset Management is hiring a LIHTC Assistant Community Manager in Los Angeles for a full-time, hourly role. You will assist in occupancy management, tenant relations, and leasing activities, while coordinating with the management team on advertising and screening processes. You should have LIHTC knowledge and at least two years of property management experience, plus experience with Yardi and Microsoft Office tools.
