What You’ll Do Provide medical and medication oversight for residents, manage patient care and medications, and train staff on safe medication practices in compliance with the DPH Medication Administration Program (MAP); certification may be required within the first 6 months. Respond to emergencies and de‑escalate crises with residents. Train staff on health/safety rules and document incidents as required. Ensure program compliance with medical and medication laws, complete paperwork, and pass inspections. What You Bring Required: Active LPN license in MA, driver’s license, reliable car. Preferred: Active RN license in MA, driver’s license, reliable car. Experience supporting mental health needs (personal or professional). Clear communication, basic computer use, teamwork.
