Registered Nurse II

LifeLong Medical Care has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse II - Triage to join our multidisciplinary team to provide patient care via telephone triage and our electronic health record. This is a Part-Time (20 hrs/week) Hybrid/Remote role. Candidate must live in the Bay Area in California and have a CA RN License. Applicant must be able to attend New Hire Orientation in person in Oakland, CA and commute to Richmond, CA for training or as necessary. The ideal candidate must have a commitment to providing high quality primary care for complex patients, dedicated to building a collaborative team model of care, ideally experience working with Covid-19 related care and an interest in serving a diverse patient population. Communication is a key component of a triage nurse's job. In addition to talking with patients who may be experiencing a medical emergency, triage nurses relay patients' conditions to other medical personnel, including doctors and nurses, and provide information to patients.This position is represented by SEIU-UHW.
