ALS Paramedic MS Transport

MedStar Health seeks an ALS Paramedic to provide high-quality emergency medical care and safe transport within our regional health system. In this field-based role, you’ll perform advanced life support assessment, interventions, and monitoring for diverse patients, ensuring timely, patient-first care from scene to destination. Responsibilities include cardiac monitoring, airway management, IV/IO access, medication administration, trauma care, and accurate electronic documentation. You’ll collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and EMS teams, while maintaining vehicle and equipment readiness and participating in ongoing training and quality improvement.
