Superintendent - Spa and Medical Office

A well-established general contractor in Fort Lauderdale is actively seeking an experienced Superintendent to support a growing pipeline of work across South Florida. This role is ideal for a hands-on field leader with experience in either medical office construction or high-end interior build outs, with the ability to deliver quality projects in fast-paced environments.

One of the key upcoming projects is a luxury spa build-out, featuring:

• Cold plunges
• Steam rooms and specialized MEP systems
• High-end, detail-driven interior finishes
• Client-facing, hospitality-style construction environment

What they're looking for:

• Experience in medical office or high-end interior/retail projects
• Strong background in interior buildouts and/or ground-up construction
• Ability to lead subs, manage schedules, and enforce QA/QC
• Comfort working on detail-oriented, design-driven spaces

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and coordinate all subcontractor activities
• Drive project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
• Maintain strict quality control and ensure work aligns with plans/specs
• Monitor site safety and enforce OSHA compliance standards
• Coordinate inspections, manage logistics, and resolve field issues in real time
• Work closely with PMs, owners, and design teams to keep projects on track
• Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders
