Shift Manager

We are looking for a passionate Shift Manager to grow our leadership team. As a leader, you're committed to being your best self and working with integrity as you learn how to operate multimillion-dollar stores. Our ideal candidate has a commitment to teamwork and a desire to learn and grow.

Compensation: $16-$25/hr

Hourly wage will be based on a comprehensive evaluation of each candidate's qualifications and achievements. While the range provides a general guideline, final offers will be tailored to each individual.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate strong leadership skills, aligning with company values
• Mentor and support team members, providing guidance and training to improve performance and customer service
• Identify and resolve issues efficiently, utilizing strong communication and multitasking skills. Empower team members to make decisions
• Share your passion for food and drink through exceptional product knowledge and engaging guest interactions

Qualifications:

3 years of restaurant experience, with 1 year in a leadership-focused role
• A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun
• A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests
• A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship
• The ability to legally work in the USA
