Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent; 0 years of experience; Massachusetts nurse license; ability to work night shifts; distance from facility complies with travel policy.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in medical-surgical nursing; familiarity with hospital procedures and patient care standards.
• Additional Information: The RN will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care for assigned patients, supervising staff, and supporting the facility's leadership to ensure high standards of care and resource management. The role includes working in a unit with dedicated scrubs, participating in call rotation, and entering the facility via designated visitor parking and elevators on the first floor.
