Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to restore function and mobility
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
- Document all services accurately and in a timely manner
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehab Techs per practice acts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to optimize outcomes
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
- Active state PT license or ability to obtain one
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
Education
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in physical therapy evaluation and treatment planning
- Skilled in direct therapy interventions to improve mobility
- Proficient in accurate and timely documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to supervise and support PTAs and Rehab Techs
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards
