The DC Associate will perform operational activities within the Distribution Center warehouse to achieve efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders, as well as efficient receipt of replenishment product shipments. Job Responsibilities Operate various material handling equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products. Unload and put‑away product using RF (radio frequency) technology. Inspect inbound for overages and shortages. Pick and stage product. Load trucks. Maintain organization of product in the warehouse. Assist the center in optimizing operations and customer service to achieve business plan and DC profitability. Participate in cycle count or physical inventory processes as required. Maintain a clean work area and assist in overall sanitation of the DC. Complete MHE reports as required by company policy and OSHA regulations. Perform any other tasks as defined by Supervisor or Center Manager. Abide by all federal, state, and local laws. Other duties as assigned or requested. Qualifications Forklift certification preferred. Experience with RF scanners preferred. Safety‑first mentality. Prior distribution center experience preferred. Prior material handling equipment experience preferred. Must be 18 years or older. Valid driver’s license. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively while bending and twisting; occasional lifts of more than 50 lbs allowed.
