Description

NOTE : This is a full-time employment opportunity (open to W2, 1099 or C2C, no third parties, please). The candidate MUST be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and able to complete/pass/hold a public trust investigation. This is a remote opportunity; candidate must be based in the United States; have resided in the US for the last 3 years of the past 5 years; ET time zone work schedule.

Daily Responsibilities

• The Reporting & Analytics Lead leads the development and delivery of enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities, ensuring consistent, accurate, and actionable insights for the project stakeholders.
• Define and implement reporting strategy and framework.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and standardized reporting outputs.
• Oversee analytics tools and data visualization platforms.
• Ensure data is accessible and usable for business users.
• Drive adoption of self-service analytics capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have resided in the United States for the past 3 years within the last 5 years.
• Must be able to complete/pass/hold at a minimum a federal public trust investigation.
• 10+ years of experience in reporting and analytics.
• Experience with BI tools (i.e., QuickSight, Tableau).
• Experience supporting enterprise reporting initiatives.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.
• Experience with large-scale healthcare or federal data systems (i.e. FDA, NIH, etc.) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science or related field.
