Treasury Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Treasury Analyst
to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $90,000 to $110,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash activities by monitoring balances and supporting liquidity across multiple accounts and entities.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial reports to support planning and decision making.
• Coordinate banking activities including account maintenance payment processing and relationship management.
• Execute electronic payments and maintain accurate records of treasury related transactions.
• Partner with accounting finance and operational teams to support treasury initiatives and process improvements.

• A Bachelor degree in finance accounting economics or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in treasury cash management or corporate finance functions.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of banking operations cash management practices and treasury systems.
• Use Excel at an advanced level and possess experience with financial software and banking platforms.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining accuracy in a fast paced environment.

• Analyze cash activity and financial data to identify trends opportunities and potential risks.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and uphold a high level of integrity when handling financial information.
• Communicate effectively with financial institutions internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Support automation initiatives and system enhancements that improve efficiency and reporting capabilities.
• Develop and maintain policies procedures and internal controls that strengthen treasury operations.
