Online Order Filling Team Supervisor

Role summary Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed. What you’ll do Fill and dispense online orders in a fast‑paced, multi‑department environment. Shop for customers, selecting appropriate items and handling substitutions. Engage customers during dispensing and assist in‑store customers as required. Maintain accurate packing, labeling, and safety standards. Perform other duties as assigned. What you’ll bring Acknowledge and greet customers with a smile. Answer customer questions. Help customers find the products they are looking for. Assist fellow associates as needed. Keep your area stocked, clean and safe. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Compensation and Benefits Hourly rate: $21.00 - $34.00/hr (includes performance incentives). Premiums may apply.
