We're dedicated to providing the highest quality service along with the best fabric buildings in the industry.We are growing and in need of a Material Handler/Backup Sandblaster to join our team.Loading/unloading of materialsPaint/Steel processingAssists in the preparation of materials to be shipped to construction sitesConveys materials and items from receiving or production area to storage or other designated areasRecords number of materials or items received or distributedSorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style or product codeForklift operation safely and responsiblyCleans work area, machines, tools and equipment, paint metal stock as well as miscellaneous jobsOperate power equipment, including power toolsPerform other duties as necessaryEssential Job Requirements/QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED.Ability to cross train in other areas of the plant/businessExcellent communication skillsMust be able to operate a forklift/combi in a safe and efficient manner with the ability to obtain a certification.Positive attitude and desire to work as a team playerPrevious history of consistent attendance with the ability to be to work on time on daily basisWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: Stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and talk or hear.The employee is frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.The employee must regularly lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.Follow safety procedures including the proper use of Personal Protective EquipmentLegacy Building Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
