Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Board-Certified/Eligible Emergency Medicine physician for a full-time position to join our group, Illinois Emergency Medicine Specialists (IEMS). Work schedule includes at least 120 hours of coverage per month and will be cross-credentialed at our UChicago Medicine AdventHealth locations.

EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT: IEMS provides emergency medicine services at four of the UChicago Medicine AdventHealth locations: Glen Oaks Medical Center, Hinsdale Medical Center, La Grange Medical Center, and Bolingbrook Medical Center. We provide 24/7/365 coverage at all of our sites and staff with board-certified emergency medicine physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. All sites are trauma level II designated, operate off of Cerner as their EMR and are staffed with excellent specialty backup, supportive nursing staff and administrative staff. Most recently acquired Resilience HealthCare sites at Weiss Memorial Hospital and West Suburban Medical Center in downtown Chicago.

• Glen Oaks Medical Center: Approximately 23,000 visits annually, 19 emergency room beds, 21,000 square foot Emergency Department
• Hinsdale Medical Center: Approximately 27,000 visits annually, 26 emergency room beds, Family Medicine residency program onsite
• La Grange Medical Center: Approximately 32,000 visits annually, 24 emergency room beds, Family Medicine residency program onsite
• Bolingbrook Medical Center: Approximately 38,500 visits annually, 19 emergency room beds
