Identify, implement and evaluate unit performance. Maintain operational capacity for the unit. Serve as effective liaison to agency divisions and behavioral health, educational, medical, and emergency systems. Perform crisis assessments as needed and provide community based interventions and stabilization. Administrative Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day clinical and administrative operations and activities of full and part-time MHPs, QMHPs Provide clinical and administrative supervision of employees including clinical direction and assistance with IM+CANS assessment, treatment planning, resource linkage, and service delivery Implement organizational system across team to ensure that IATPs are being updated every 6 months to assess client eligibility for program Ensure that all clinical activities performed by the teams are compliant with standards, policies and procedures of the organization and producing according to the position requirements Act as a liaison between KYC treatment teams, medical staff and outside providers to ensure service coordination and continuity of care Provide ongoing performance evaluation for supervisees building on strengths and identifying ongoing growth/training needs Develop and implement plan for the team to strengthen relationships with and provide outreach services to local community providers Collaborate with Deputy Director in identifying unit performance measures and annual budget Provide oversight of the deliverable reports to DHS/HFS Effectively implement and monitor program performance including individual and unit productivity expectations Participate with Deputy Director and Division Director in exploring opportunity expansion or enrichment within the unit or Outpatient Department Monitor unit staffing needs, develop job descriptions, interview, hire, and orient new staff Receive administrative input from supervisor and provide feedback regarding administrative issues Participate in problem identification and resolution and clinical quality assurance, as a member of the Quality Assurance Committee (CQI) Represent Agency at community events Interpret and communicate at a service delivery level KYC policy and procedures Participate in program planning, service coordination, practice development, as a member of PSC, CQI, and BH Outpatient Managers Meeting Other duties as assigned Program Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision to full time and part time MHP/QMHP/LPHA staff and assigned interns In coordination with manager of SASS MCR, establish workflow describing communication between MCR teams and the CCSO Care Coordination team during and after crisis events for Pathways enrolled children. This includes a plan toinvolve a Pathways enrolled child’s designated Care Coordinator in the delivery of MCR services and ensure that a member of the MCR team is present at Pathways emergency Child and Family team meetings. Monitor HFS client portal, called the Bureau of Behavioral Health SharePoint as well as the Wrapstat Portal on adaily basis to keep the client list accurate and up to date. Work with team supervisors to assign newly eligible clients to care coordinators expediently Work with finance department to ensure clients have access to funding for wraparound services as needed. Monitor monthly client data extraction in collaboration with the CIS leadership staff to ensure accurate monthly billing. Maintain training standards as determined by HFS. This includesproviding and documenting training to new and current staff. Training in required topics should be completed within sixty (60) days of any new staff’s start day and annually there after Assist team members in designing service packages reflective of assessed needs and offering anticipated positive outcomes Establish an emergency contact protocol for staff and act as unit contact to problem solve on-going response issues and call management Provide supervision and performance evaluation for program Supervisor and/or Team Lead, FSP Care Coordinator, Community Relations Manager, as well as Administrative Assistant Provide back up, oversight and supervision for teams in the absence of Team Lead/Supervisor Lead unit informational, communication and training meetings In cooperation with Supervisor/Team Lead, identify training and development needs of staff and develop unit training activities Support Deputy Director as an agency liaison to HFS Provide treatment and support services to a small caseload of clients and their families. These services will include the following: Complete IATPs and provide Care Coordination to eligible clients Maintain a high level of personal and team documentation compliance including timely review and signing of team members’ mental health assessment and treatment plans Master’s degree from an accredited college or university of social work, psychology, or a related discipline. Licensure of LCPC or LCSW required Minimum of four years of experience providing clinical treatment with children and adolescents or adults.
