About the Role:


As a Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in expanding the healthcare data ecosystem. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to work at the architectural and design level while mentoring team members and making impactful contributions from day one. You'll be involved in meaningful work that propels your career forward, all within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.


What You Will Bring to the Table:

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with expertise in writing and refactoring both small code components and larger services, applications, and systems.
• Strong proficiency with your tools and an eagerness to learn new technologies when needed, with the right training and time.
• Experience in designing and implementing production systems, with the ability to revisit and improve your own design choices.
• A continuous desire to expand your skills and professional growth.
• A focus on the needs of patients, healthcare providers, and others who depend on your decisions and contributions.
