If you're an experienced engineering project leader who thrives in customer-facing environments and enjoys bringing innovative energy solutions to market, we'd love to hear from you.Location: St. Petersburg, FL (On-Site)What You'll DoLead global engineering design projects from planning through execution and product launch.Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.Serve as a key customer interface, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.Coordinate global cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and business units.Drive project reviews, risk mitigation plans, and issue resolution to ensure successful outcomes.Support contract negotiations, business proposals, statements of work, and strategic customer initiatives.Conduct customer design reviews and ensure solutions meet technical and business requirements.Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance project execution.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of experience in product development and engineering project management.Proven success managing budgets, schedules, risks, and cross-functional teams within a structured development environment.Strong customer-facing experience with excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to lead global teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.Preferred QualificationsPMP Certification.Experience in renewable energy, energy storage, power conversion, or data center infrastructure programs.Experience working within Agile or Scrum development environments.Background managing global engineering teams and complex customer programs.Why Jabil?Join a global leader driving the future of renewable energy and advanced technology solutions.
