About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Financial Services with a strong background in the industry to lead and build a significant organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and attracting full-time financial professionals and advisors, as well as coaching and developing them to drive productivity, professional development, and overall organizational growth. This role requires the establishment of clear expectations and accountability, the identification and development of future managers and leaders, and the ability to drive growth across various financial planning opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a financial services management or leadership role, a proven track record in recruiting, developing, and retaining financial professionals, and a strong understanding of life insurance and retirement strategies. Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should have a background in life insurance, retirement planning, financial advising, wealth management, or a related financial services distribution environment. Experience in leading a team, agency, office, market, or advisor organization, as well as a demonstrated ability to drive advisor productivity and organizational growth, is essential. The role also requires an active Life & Health insurance license, with additional industry licenses and professional designations viewed favorably. While not mandatory, exposure to investments, advisory business, and AUM is considered a strong plus. The successful candidate will be expected to build and maintain a culture centered on growth, professionalism, relationships, service, and performance, and to represent the company professionally within the financial services industry and marketplace.
