Job Title: Perfusionist Employment Status: Full Time Location of Work: Covington, Louisiana/Slidell, Louisiana Description Providing perfusion support to hospitals across the US, Integration Health is looking to grow our team! Our perfusionists play a critical role in the operating room, providing expertise in the operation of the heart‑lung machine and other perfusion equipment. The perfusionist will be under the supervision of the chief perfusionist and will work closely with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and contribute to the advancement of cardiac care. Requirements and Qualifications The perfusionist must be willing to take part in a four‑perfusionist team schedule and work flexible hours to meet the hospital's needs. American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion certified or Board Eligible. Graduate of an accredited Clinical Perfusion Program 2+ years of experience as a perfusionist is preferred New graduates are welcome to apply BLS certification must be maintained Demonstrates great communication and teamwork skills necessary to interact with fellow team members and healthcare professionals 30‑minute call response time Job Duties and Responsibilities Include, but not limited to: Cardiopulmonary Bypass on adult patient populations IABP Call Coverage – Shared call Charting Benefits for Qualified Candidates 100% employer‑paid health, vision, and dental insurance for full‑time employees.
