What You'll Do What You'll DoServe as the subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting and Reporting Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday functionality to support business objectives Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions Design and develop reports, dashboards, and analytics that drive informed decision-making Lead system enhancements, upgrades, testing efforts, and process improvement initiatives Troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with vendors and internal teams on resolutions Mentor team members and provide guidance on best practices and system capabilities What We're Looking For Strong experience supporting Workday Recruiting and Reporting 7+ years of experience with enterprise applications, HRIS, ERP, or related platforms Experience leading projects and working directly with business stakeholders Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Workday certification preferred #INDTPG #J-18808-Ljbffr HW Staffing co
