Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled CT Technologist for a travel assignment at a busy medical center. The role involves performing a variety of general CT procedures, supporting patient care, and maintaining image quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Operate GE CT equipment to conduct diagnostic imaging procedures accurately.
Prepare and position patients to optimize image quality and ensure comfort.
Follow established protocols for all general CT procedures, including stroke protocols.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation within the Meditech system.
Collaborate with radiology staff and provide support for advanced procedures when needed.
Adhere to safety standards and hospital policies throughout all clinical activities.

Qualifications:

Hold ARRT Registry certification in Radiology and CT.
Possess a minimum of 2 years of independent CT imaging experience.
Demonstrate proficiency with GE CT equipment and documentation systems.
Have experience with basic CT-guided and IR procedures preferred but not mandatory.
Be able to work varied shifts, including weekends, with flexibility and professionalism.
Possess excellent communication and patient care skills.
