Requirement:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Certification in 4+ exams of the Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation.
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in healthcare actuarial practices.
- At least 2 years of prior involvement in actuarial roles.
- Proficiency in crafting queries using SQL or an equivalent programming language.
- Proven track record of deploying project management abilities in both data-centric and financial analysis ventures.

Seeking a seasoned Actuarial Analyst, Valuation Specialist tasked with:
- Scrutinizing and deciphering historical records, claims data, and pertinent details to forecast Incurred But Not Reported (IBNR) reserves across diverse insurance segments.
- Crafting and upholding actuarial frameworks and methodologies to precisely gauge IBNR reserves, guaranteeing adherence to regulatory standards.
- Conducting routine actuarial assessments to evaluate how IBNR reserves influence the company's financial statements and balance sheets.
- Remaining abreast of industry shifts and optimal practices in IBNR estimation techniques, instituting enhancements to bolster precision and productivity.
- Tracking and assessing emerging patterns in claims, legal landscapes, and medical innovations, preemptively furnishing insights into their potential ramifications on IBNR reserves.
- Engaging with internal and external collaborators, encompassing auditors, regulators, and rating agencies, to ensure adherence and clarity in IBNR reserve disclosures.
