As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of executing dynamic marketing campaigns, managing digital content, and optimizing our online presence. What you'll do Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and social media channels to boost brand awareness and lead generation. Manage website content using WordPress and content management systems, ensuring updates are accurate, engaging, and optimized for SEO. Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic through targeted content creation. Analyze web analytics reports using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements. Create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design best practices for social media advertising campaigns. Oversee email marketing initiatives by designing campaigns that nurture leads and enhance customer engagement through marketing automation platforms. Coordinate paid advertising campaigns including SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and paid search marketing to maximize ROI while managing budgets effectively. Track campaign performance metrics, prepare detailed reports on web analytics reporting, and adjust strategies to optimize conversion rates through conversion optimization techniques. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding across all digital channels while supporting e-commerce initiatives with website management and product promotions. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on social media marketing, paid advertising campaign management, and web analytics reporting. Strong technical proficiency with SEO tools, Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms. Familiarity with content creation tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and content management systems like WordPress. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles to support website management efforts. Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms including Facebook Advertising and paid search marketing strategies. Ability to analyze data from various sources to derive actionable insights for performance marketing improvements. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in campaign setup and execution. A proactive mindset with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team environment dedicated to innovative digital marketing solutions.
