Job Description
Title: Clinician – Substance Use & Mental Health Disorders – Adolescent IOP

Our Vision and Mission
We chose our brand name, ETHOS, because the word “ethos” spoke to our desire to create a community and culture inspired by the spirit of helping others and manifested in both our core beliefs and the aspirations we state in our mission. Our mission, Helping People Help People, aptly captures that spirit. In our practice, it starts with helping clinicians help clients but extends beyond that to serve as a guiding principle for empowering one another toward personal growth. Helping People Help People also expresses our shared desire to promote well-being, both within our organization and in the broader community. We believe that by offering a helping hand and fostering connections in a supportive community, we can collectively make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
ETHOS stands apart as a clinician-founded, owned, and operated organization, ensuring that every aspect of its approach is rooted in deep clinical expertise and ethical principles. Committed to delivering "conscience care," ETHOS integrates integrity, therapy, and support to create an environment where both clients and staff can thrive.
