General Manager (GM)

Job Description

The General Manager (GM) will oversee a large team and report directly to the Director of Operations. This role involves driving strategic planning, leading team efforts, managing budgets efficiently, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure organizational success. The GM plays a pivotal role in aligning operational goals with overarching company objectives without any travel requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company goals
Lead, motivate, and manage a large team to foster productivity and engagement
Oversee budget planning and management to ensure financial efficiency
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years experience in general management
Strong background in strategic planning and financial management
Proven team building and leadership skills
Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities
Effective communication skills across all organizational levels
