What You’ll Do Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and organizational policies Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and home health aides Supervise and support LPNs and Home Health Aides Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and contribute to quality improvement initiatives Promote patient satisfaction and positive health outcomes What You Bring Current RN license (BSN preferred) Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (required in California) Home healthcare experience preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Strong computer skills and a commitment to ethical, mission-driven care Position Highlights & Benefits $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Day One Coverage : Medical, dental, and vision insurance 403(b) Retirement Plan with employer match Generous PTO plus 7 paid holidays Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance Tuition Reimbursement – up to $5,250 annually Comprehensive Orientation & Ongoing Training Pay Range : $38.79 – $62.07 per hour About Saint Agnes Home Health and Hospice (California) Saint Agnes Home Health and Hospice is a member of Trinity Health At Home , a national home care, hospice, and palliative care organization serving comnities throughout eleven states.
