Job Title: Bar ManagerDepartment: Condesa RestaurantReports To: General ManagerFLSA Status: Exempt$1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS Condesa is looking for friendly, outgoing and positive people to join our team! This position is responsible for leading all beverage operations within a high-end restaurant environment while delivering an elevated guest experience. This position oversees bar service standards, beverage program execution, team leadership, financial performance, inventory controls, and compliance to ensure exceptional hospitality and operational excellence. This hands-on, customer-facing position emphasizes speed, accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to health and safety protocols in a fast-paced setting. The role reports to the General Manager and involves no supervisory duties.Requirements:Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and premium beverage service.Demonstrated leadership experience in upscale hospitality environments.Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.Financial acumen with understanding of beverage cost and labor management.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.Ability to communicate and interact professionally and effectively with customers and all team members.Must be able to use a computer for timekeeping and cash handling purposes.Possesses excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.Good communication skills.Complete understanding of all safety requirements and company safety policies.Complete knowledge of all company security regulations and federal/state/local regulations relating to food safety.Ability to obtain any applicable certifications/licensures as required.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and extended shifts as needed.Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.3–7+ years of progressive restaurant or bar leadership experience.Prior Bar Manager or beverage leadership experience in upscale or fine dining preferred.Certifications related to alcohol service and beverage knowledge preferred.Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short & Long-Term Disability InsuranceFlexible Spending AccountsAdditional Voluntary Benefits 401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time OffShift Differential Weekly PayCareer Growth Opportunities  Condesa/Diversified Management Group, Inc.
