Auto Technician - General Service $4,000 Sign On Bonus (Manheim)

Job Summary Auto Technician – General Service (Individual Contributor). Flexible work arrangement: no remote option; must work at a specified Cox location. Travel %. Hourly base pay rate is $15.10 – $22.69/hour. Responsibilities Serve as an entry‑level auto tech performing light duty maintenance. Gain familiarity with auto maintenance concepts and practices. Perform oil and filter change, fuel filter change, transmission flush and vehicle inspection. Conduct battery testing, maintenance and replacement. Carry out various repairs including tires, safety inspections and interior/exterior components. Comply with regulations regarding recyclables, fluids, tires and disposable trash. Utilize approved vendors to obtain needed parts. Qualifications Required: 6+ months of related work experience; ability to drive standard, automatic and electric vehicles; valid driver’s license; must be currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Preferred: High school diploma or GED. Drug Testing Applicants must clear a pre‑employment drug test.
