Agency Support Representative

ONSITE Fremont, MI | $16.75/hr | Full-Time Temp Opportunity

 

We are seeking an Agency Support Representative to join their team in Fremont, MI. In this role, you'll provide phone support to insurance agents and internal staff, answer questions regarding policies, claims, and account administration, and assist with navigating online systems and application submissions.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM–5:30 PM
• Must be flexible to stay on calls past shift end if needed

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from insurance agents and back-office staff
• Assist with policy, claims, and administrative inquiries
• Support agents with portal access and application entry
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently
• Accurately document customer interactions

Requirements:

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional during difficult conversations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Insurance industry experience is a plus
