Job Summary:
The Professional Registered Nurse (RN) is a member of the care delivery team working on a Medical Surgical Floor within an acute care setting. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to adult patients, demonstrating leadership, collaboration, and commitment to patient-centered outcomes through the application of clinical expertise and evidence-based practices.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: RN license required; BSN preferred; 2 years of experience required; location in Pennsylvania. Valid certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS) and PA Act 31, PA Act 33, PA Act 34, PA Act 73.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The nurse will perform in accordance with system-wide competencies and behaviors, actively participate in quality improvement efforts, incorporate research and evidence-based practice, and provide comprehensive patient education. The role emphasizes strong communication, collaborative relationships, and adaptability to change to ensure optimal patient outcomes and a positive work environment.
