Position: Receiving Clerk

First Team Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Receiving Clerk to support our client's Quality Department. This position is responsible for accurately receiving incoming materials, verifying documentation, maintaining inventory records, and supporting quality assurance activities in a manufacturing environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Responsibilities may include:

• Receive all incoming deliveries, including raw materials, RMA parts, repair articles, and other materials.
• Verify packing slips, required documentation, and part quantities against purchase orders.
• Review and manage open purchase orders.
• Assist with sorting and processing nonconforming parts.
• Enter received materials into the company's Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system in coordination with the Accounting Department.
• Maintain accurate receiving and quality records.
• Support Quality Assurance activities as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn MRP/ERP systems.
• Ability to accurately verify documentation and inventory counts.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in receiving, warehouse, manufacturing, or quality is preferred, but not required.
• Must be dependable and able to work in a manufacturing environment.
