Premier Electrical Staffing Is Now Hiring Experienced Controls Technician for long-term projects in Charleston, SC and possible temp to perm.

Qualifications :

-Must have clean background

- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.

- Must be dependable and willing to complete the project from start to finish.

- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment with minimum supervision.

- Must have experience in security access controls systems, cameras, card readers.

Requirements:

- Must have all basic electrical hand tools, punch down, impact drill and Sawzall or hacksaw.

- Must have 4+ years of experience.

- Have experience with HVAC Commercial Controls. 

PLC Programming: Knowledge of and the ability to read and write programmable logic code for PLCs. This includes knowledge of Allen Bradley and Automation Direct programming, and other control systems.

*AC/DC Control Circuits: Knowledge of electrical devices in AC/DC control circuits (e.g., switches, relays, indicators, motor starters, overloads, contactors, fuses). This includes knowledge of types of devices, limits, and functions.

*Ability to read and interpret P&IDs diagrams with mechanical/electrical control drawings
Diagnostics and troubleshooting skills

- Pay is based on knowledge and experience in low voltage.
